Kenyan Farmers Receive Subsidized Fertilizer

The government of Kenya has announced that the Ministry of Agriculture will issue subsidized fertilizers to Kenyan farmers.  According to Central Provincial Director of agriculture, Joseph Gachingiri, this is a  "way of increasing food production."
