In the opinion section of the Wall Street Journal, U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner and Microsoft CEO Bill Gates co-authored an article on the urgent need for a new "Green Revolution" initiative to feed the world in the upcoming decades.

The article serves as an introduction to a new agricultural fund launched by the United States, Canada, Spain and South Korea to address global food security and the plight of small farmers in the developing world.
