Australian Research Project In Uganda Field Tests GM Bananas

A joint Ugandan / Australian research project field test gene-modified bananas in Africa for the first time.  The GM bananas are nutritionally enhanced with vitamins and targeted at reducing blindness, diarrhea and anemia.
