Industry Report - Global Seed Market at $47 Billion by 2015

Global Industry Analysts in San Jose has compiled a seven year study on the status of the global seed market.  Entitled “Seeds: A Global Strategic Business Report” it reviews the seed market, current market trends, key growth drivers, use of biotechnology in agriculture and provides reviews of genetically modified (GM) seeds, recent product introductions, recent industry activity, and profiles of major/niche global as well as regional market players.

This study divides its analysis into the following geographic sectors: the United States, Canada, Japan, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and Rest of World. Key.

It divides its analysis of seeds into: grains, vegetables, oilseeds, flower and grass/lawn, fruit and miscellaneous. 

The study covers the global seed market from 2000-2006.
