EU Lawyers "Negative" on EU Changing GM Regs

On 17 November Bloomberg News reported that a spokesman for the European Union (EU) Commission had stated that the Commission proposal to allow EU to make their own decision regarding cultivation of gene-modified (GM) crops had raised legal issues.  It is possible that it violateds Article 114 of the EU’s Lisbon Treaty.
