Study in Ecuador Food Aid Policy Concludes Cash Vouchers Best Option

Cash vouchers were the best solution for Ecuador food aid policy concludes a joint study by the International Food Policy Research Institute and the U.N. World Food Programme (WFP). The study analyzed the costs and benefits in the northern region of Ecuador. It compared three different ways to distribute food aid in Ecuador - cash, vouchers and food.
