Mondelez buy could fizz Pepsi's flat soda sales, says investor

19 July 2013, Beverage Daily, Oliver Nieburg -- "PepsiCo should acquire Mondelez and split its beverage and snacks businesses, according to an investor with a large stake in both firms. ..."

The investor is Nathan Peltz, founder of Trian Partners who owns a $1.5 billion stake in PepsiCo and $1.3 billion stake in Mondelez.
